Shipyard

São Paulo Pilots uses the services of the Pilotage Shipyard, whose mission is to maintain the operational capacity of the Pilotage Vessels and the Pilotage Service Support Vessels, in a total of 17 boats, in order to contribute to the provision of Services at ZP16 uninterruptedly.

 

The services performed by the shipyard are divided into 3 groups:

 

• Corrective Maintenance Services (SMC): Those resulting from unplanned situations.

 

• Preventive Maintenance Services (SMP): These are performed at regular medium intervals.

 

• Modernization Services: Those involving the exchange of equipment to improve operational performance and safety (of the boat, human life and the environment).

 

For the execution of the service, the Shipyard has qualified personnel to carry out activities in the areas of Mechanics, Carpentry, Lamination and Electrical.
